🚀 Event description
In our previous workshops, we identified Bounded Contexts within our system through collaborative Event Storming and we discussed their strategic classification. Now, it's time to take it a step further by exploring how these contexts integrate and align with the organisational structure.
Join us for an interactive, hands-on session where we’ll dive into Context Mapping and Team Topologies. This workshop will be split into two engaging exercises:
Context Mapping: Starting with the Bounded Contexts we identified in the last sessions, we’ll explore how these contexts communicate and collaborate. Using context mapping patterns like Anti-Corruption Layers and Open Host Service, you’ll work in groups to define effective relationships between contexts.
Aligning with Team Topologies: Learn how to structure teams to align with the system’s architecture. By applying Team Topologies concepts, we’ll map out how different team structures can support integration across Bounded Contexts for streamlined collaboration.
This is a practical, hands-on workshop led by experienced N26 engineers and our special guest Aleix Morgadas, during which you’ll collaborate with peers to practise these concepts in real-time. You’ll also have the chance to ask questions, share insights, and learn from others in the community.
Whether or not you attended the last session, don’t worry! We’ll start with an onboarding activity to bring everyone up to speed.
See you there!
