Update on the Team Topologies book - now undergoing Peer Review

Our forthcoming book - Team Topologies: organizing business and technology teams for fast flow - is progressing well. We’re thrilled to be working with the amazing folks at IT Revolution Press, the home of books like The Phoenix Project, The DevOps Handbook, and Accelerate. The expected publication date is later in 2019.

We’ve just sent the manuscript to a small group of peer reviewers, who will be reading the material as domain experts. Once that’s done, we’ll be into the copy editing stage.

We’ll be sharing excerpts from the book and additional material over the coming months, including interviews and Q&As with people who have done outstanding work with teams and organization design for modern software delivery.
