Since 2021, I have been conducting in-depth research into Value Stream Management, including contributions as part of the Value Stream Management Consortium. My most recent research focuses on how to identify and organize around value streams while eliminating guesswork. This work led to my co-authorship of the Value Stream Reference Architecture, which leverages Team Topologies as a pattern language to define organizational architecture and facilitate reasoned improvements in the efficiency and effectiveness of flow through a Value Delivery Lifecycle.
