Eduardo da Silva is an independent consultant and a Team topologies Valued Practicioner focused on helping software tech-enabled organizations to achieve a more sustainable fast flow of change. He does that by helping organizations to improve their thinking models and practices; improving their operating models with a focus on learning and enabling thinking principles; and coaching leaders and teams to support all those essential aspects that support the organization’s sustainable flow of change. Recent work on these topics includes his Team Topologies Academic course on Effective Enabling Teams and his work on modernizing approaches to architecture with Architecture Organization Topologies. Over the last ~20 years, Eduardo has been an academic; startup founder/CEO/CTO; consultant; software engineer and architect; and Technical Leader in different organizations & sectors. He is based in Amsterdam, Netherlands and regularly speaks at conferences and meetups, and writes on esilva.net
